Refund policy
At our store, we want you to love every item you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase when making a return request. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
To initiate a return, please contact us at veloraliving.contact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, sale items, and personalized or custom-made products are non-refundable.
Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos attached.
